1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software, scripts, or documentation from SurePlugins (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
SurePlugins grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on WordPress sites according to the pricing tier and site limits of the license package you purchased.
Redistributing, selling, renting, or sublicensing the Software to third parties is strictly prohibited. Modifying the PHP source code for personal/client site operation is permitted, but resale of modified versions is forbidden.
3. Payments, Billing, and Merchant of Record
All payment operations, billing accounts, recurring subscription invoices, and licensing records are handled and processed by **Freemius** (our Merchant of Record). By initiating a transaction, you agree to Freemius's terms of checkout and data handling.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless canceled prior. Canceling renewals disables new downloads and support resources upon period completion.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for purchases if the Software contains major conflicts or bugs that our developers cannot resolve. Refer to our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy) for details on filing requests.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SurePlugins does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SurePlugins be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or site traffic) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
