1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our WordPress utilities. If you run into technical bugs, compatibility issues with popular themes, or setup conflicts that our support developers cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within **14 days** of your purchase.
2. Ineligibility Criteria
Refunds are not granted under the following conditions:
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window has closed.
- Refund requests filed due to features we explicitly state are not supported.
- Attempts to buy multiple plugins to build client projects and subsequently request refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To file a refund request:
- Go to our [Support Page](/support).
- Choose the **Billing Inquiry** category.
- Enter your Order ID or license key.
- Describe the technical issues or reasons for the refund request.
Our support team will review the environment details. If a bug cannot be resolved, we will trigger the refund via Freemius immediately. Refunds take 5-10 business days to clear back onto your card.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your annual subscription renewal at any time by logging into the **My Account** panel. Canceling renewals ensures you won't be charged for the next year, while leaving your premium license keys active for downloads and support until the current cycle expires.
